When we checked in we told them we had two dogs, we asked for the total. We were told with dogs total would be 105.5. Checking out husband went to pay and they told him it was 105.5. We stayed 1 night after traveling from seeing my father in hospital. Couch pull out was caved in, recliner was broken. But we said whatever because we just needed sleep. We get back home check bank account and see total is 169. Charged I call to get it fixed and I’m informed that the 105 is before dogs. However we were told twice that we would only be charged 105.00 Please double check and confirm price ask a few times before you check in. Super disappointed.

The hotel is a scam. All of the rooms are the exact same and the house keeping is horrible. The place stinks, is full of bugs, and nothing works (in our case one of the rooms didn't even have functioning lamps). Booked a room advertised as a 2 bedroom suite and when my family came in we were given a room with 2 full beds. No extra room was provided for this "reassignment", and they took out money. Avoid this hotel and likely others in this chain, since if they're willing to lie at this one, then who's to say they aren't lying about the others. Good reviews are likely fake/botted or they bought the cheaper rooms, but this hotel is here to take your money. The area is decent and there are plenty of other hotels to consider. Don't make our mistake and book this hotel.

When I was greeted by the front desk she was so friendly and nice! She went above and beyond for my family! It was a great stay and I was well rested for the next day! Didn’t stay too long because of work but I definitely could have stayed a little longer!

One-night stay while traveling exceeded expectations. Great last-minute booking service, comfortable bed, nice desk arrangement for work session. The cupboard service came in handy. (FYI. The hotel is pet friendly, which left a slight stale odor. Not strong but noticeable. Otherwise clean.)

My brother made the reservation, and listed me a an authorized person on his account. Got there and of course the front desk gave me a static but let me in using my credit card. We get to the room which was room #220 and as soon as we walked in there were ROACHES on the kitchen counter and burn plates. Went down and cancelled immediately the young lady at the front desk said that my card would not be charged but it in fact was. Called the hotel the next day and they advised 5-10 business days before the money would be back on my card although I NEVER stayed. This hotel needs a complete renovation and upgrade.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable good air conditioning and beds are very comfortable. FYI no king-size beds. We gotta double which works for us. Washer and dryer for guest is no charge and they have 3 each. No waiting to do laundry. Just provide detergent. Quiet and feel safe. They also have 2 grills to cook on outside . No pool for you swimmers

Beware of Pet Policy! On arrival, the hotel refused to honor my reservation. The reason - my beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog weighs more than 80 lbs! In 20 years of traveling with pets I have never encountered this problem. If hotel management makes their employees enforce an arbitrary rule, they should state it explicitly on the website. For example, instead of "pets are welcome" say "pets under 80 lbs are welcome".
